IDEAL Sample Request Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the IDEAL Sample Pack promotion (the “Promotion”), administered by IDEAL Electrical, a division of IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. (“IDEAL”). This promotion is open to everyone. By submitting a sample request form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as IDEAL’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of submission. Participation is subject to local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Receive a Sample

Participants may request a Twister® ProFlex™ sample pack by submitting their information through one of the following approved channels:

· Product sample request forms, such as the one available at https://www.idealind.com/us/en/twister-proflex-wire-connector.html; or

· Newsletter-based promotions, where a free sample may be offered in exchange for subscribing to IDEAL’s email communications. These promotions may be hosted on country-specific newsletter pages, including: o U.S. Newsletter Signup o Canada Newsletter Signup o EU Newsletter Signup

Participants must provide their full name, email address, and complete mailing address (including country and postal code) to be eligible. Only complete and valid submissions will be considered. Where applicable, samples tied to newsletter signup may require confirmation of subscription (e.g., double opt-in) before fulfillment.

IDEAL reserves the right to run these promotions for a limited time or adjust the offer without prior notice.

3. Marketing Communications

Opting in to receive marketing communications is optional unless otherwise specified as a condition of a specific promotion (e.g., newsletter-based sample offers). Where required by law, participants must actively consent to receive communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails or by contacting IDEAL directly.

4. Sample Limitations

· Limit one (1) sample pack per individual and/or mailing address.

· Samples are subject to availability and geographic shipping limitations.

· IDEAL reserves the right to deny or cancel sample requests that appear fraudulent, duplicative, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms.

· No purchase is required to participate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Sample packs will be shipped using a standard postal or courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on the participant’s location. Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for international shipments. IDEAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

IDEAL reserves the right to limit shipping to certain countries or regions at its discretion.

6. Program Duration

This Promotion is ongoing and will remain available until further notice. IDEAL reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. General Conditions

IDEAL may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any submission that violates these Terms or appears to be the result of technical malfunction, automation, or manipulation. IDEAL is not responsible for any technical issues, lost submissions, or incomplete entries. All decisions made by IDEAL are final and binding
