Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the overall IDEAL Contractor Rewards Promotion (hereinafter, the “Rewards Promotion”). The Rewards Promotion is operated by IDEAL Electrical (hereinafter, “IDEAL”). Your participation in the Rewards Promotion subjects you to the provisions of these terms and conditions, as amended occasionally. This Rewards Promotion allows eligible end-user customers (“Participants”) to collect Contractor (hereinafter, “Rewards”, “Reward”) after making eligible purchases, as defined below, from participating authorized distributors.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to only US residents with a valid United States mailing address. Valid only for new orders placed during the promotional period. Promotional period runs from May 12, 2025 - August 31, 2025. Qualifying orders must be purchased from an authorized electrical distributor or retailer in the US. Orders must be on a single receipt - multiple receipts cannot be combined. Qualifying orders of 5,000 or more connectors must come from the Twister® Pro and/or Twister® Pro connector line. Product prices and minimum order quantities are to be determined by the individual electrical distributor or retailer. Receipts must be submitted no later than September 15, 2025, using the online claim form at https://www.idealind.com/us/en/contractor-rewards-program.html. Void where prohibited.
Reward Program Conditions: Limited to one Reward for each qualifying receipt of 5,000 or more Twister® Pro and/or Twister® Pro connectors. If the selected Reward is unavailable, IDEAL reserves the right to substitute a Reward of the same nature or value. Reward selection varies and is subject to change at any time at IDEAL’s discretion. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of Rewards. IDEAL is not responsible for late submissions, input errors, invalid or missing purchase information, or billing information. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be denied. All information supplied to IDEAL must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Fulfillment of Rewards is subject to verification and final approval by IDEAL. You may be required to provide further documentation to qualify for Rewards. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, this offer is not combinable with any other rebates, discounts, or special pricing provided by or made available by IDEAL. The Reward claim will be denied if any terms and conditions are not met. IDEAL reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of, or cancel the Rewards Promotion at any time.
How to Make a Claim: To claim a Reward, Participants must complete the redemption form and upload valid proof of purchase. The redemption form is available at https://www.idealind.com/us/en/contractor-rewards-program.html. A sales receipt with the invoice number, product description, original date of purchase, price, and reseller details constitutes a valid proof of purchase. Participants can select the Reward of their choice from the options listed on the redemption form. The information provided by the Participant is subject to and will be handled according to the IDEAL’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.idealind.com/us/en/legal/privacy-policy.html.
Promotional Period: The Contractor Rewards Promotion runs from May 12, 2025, to August 31, 2025.
