The IDEAL 61-948 SureTrace™ PLUS Circuit Tracer is your ultimate solution for detecting breakers, conductors, and faults in all electrical systems, including 3-Phase. This innovative tool makes locating breakers and fuses a simple task for one person, thanks to its advanced Certain Circuit technology. It alerts you when the circuit is energized or de-energized, ensuring you work with accuracy and efficiency.
The receiver has dual high-visibility displays, including a patented TightSight® secondary display, allowing users to easily trace circuits and locate breakers, even in low-light conditions. With a CAT III 600 V rating, the 61-948 ensures reliable performance you can depend on.
There is no need for a second tester, as the transmitter features a patent-pending auto continuity tester and provides voltage level indications ranging from 24 to 600 V AC and 12 to 600 V DC, including DC polarity.
- ETL Certified CAT III 600V, for use on circuits 0-600 volts AC (50 & 60 HZ) /DC, including 3-Phase systems.
- Receiver features dual high visibility displays visible in all conditions/positions via a patented 180° main display and patented TightSight® secondary display making high/low tracing and breaker identification in tight spaces easier.
- Transmitter features a patent pending built in continuity test eliminating the need for a second tester when searching for wiring faults.
- Receiver also features an NCV that indicates the presence of 24 to 600V AC, a work light for use in poor lighting conditions and a Mute function for working in noise sensitive areas
- Transmitter indicates 8 different voltage levels between 24 - 600 V AC & 12 to 600 V DC as well as DC polarity and features a magnetic/hook strap clip for hands free use (strap sold separately) as well as an integrated kick stand for set up on flat surfaces.
- Over molded Industrial design enhances gripping and allows the Receiver and Transmitter to withstand a 6.6-foot (2 m) drop.
- Includes, a two bladed AC receptacle plug with banana plugs, a pair of 3 foot long leads, 2 Alligator Clips, One ground Adapter and 2 blade adapters, 10 AA Batteries and an easy open, fully accessible hard case with a handle that allows for Tracer Receiver, Transmitter, battery, and extra accessory storage.
