At IDEAL INDUSTRIES EMEA, the safety and well-being of our employees and partners are always our priority. During these unprecedented times we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) daily through the World Health Organization (WHO), the US Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the UK Government.

We are closely watching the recommendations of these organisations to prevent the spread of the virus and ensure successful containment measures. In view of the UK Government’s advice that everyone should minimise contact with others and work from home wherever possible, we have put measures in place to enable home-working for office-based teams and maintain business continuity during these difficult times. These measures have been put in place to safeguard both our own personnel and that of our customers, and we will utilise technology to enable virtual meetings and document sharing. Where job roles do not allow home-working, we have briefed all personnel that they should monitor their own health, maintain regular hand washing, and self-isolate immediately should they experience any symptoms of a high temperature or persistent cough. 

At present our Warrington warehouse is fully operational and we will continue to operate in this manner for as long as we are able. After notification from our couriers, we are unable to guarantee a next day service, however we will keep you informed of any delay the best way we can. 

Clearly, this is an evolving situation and advice may change. As a company, we are committed to staying up-to-date and will keep you informed should there be any change.
