  • A check port for continuity testing, enabling verification at the point of installation.
  •  A built-in wire strip guide that enables you to determine the stripping length required to remove the correct length of insulation.

Gen II Lever Wire Connectors

  • Wire Range: 0.2 mm² to 4.0 mm² for solid and rigid stranded wires and 0.14 mm² to 4.0 mm² for flexible wires.

  • Perfect for: joining solid, stranded or flexible conductors.

  • Ease of Use: features a compact design that takes up less room in junction boxes and enclosures. Additionally, there’s no need to lift the lever when using on solid wire – you can simply push the wire in.

  • Models Available: two-, three- and five-port versions available

Push-In Wire Connectors

  • Wire Range: any combination of 0.75mm² - 4.0mm² solid or 1.5mm² - 2.5mm² stranded (≤ 7 strands) copper conductors or tin bonded flexible wire. The blue 3-port model is also available up to 6mm² and rated at 41A.

  • Perfect for: replacement for crimped splices.

  • Ease of Use: requires a low insertion force, which leads to fast connections. Features easy, glide-in wire connections.

  • Models Available: two-, three-, four-, five-, six- and eight-port versions available

 

Additionally, lever wire connectors are reuseable, providing a cost-effective solution for the jobsite. The innovative levers open in the opposite direction of the insertion point, locking in position to avoid accidental loosening.

The SpliceLine® In-Line Wire Connector, Model 42 Orange

Lever and push-in wire connectors aren’t the only time-saving product available. The SpliceLine® In-Line connector is another revolutionary product that will save you time on butt splices. In-Line connectors enable a crimp-free, solderless butt splice at twice the normal speed and cover the same range as three traditional butt splices. Additionally, the end-to-end connection of SpliceLine® is a great fit for today’s pre-fab operations and helps when lengthening short wires in tight spaces.
